- The construction of the Nam Ngiep 3A hydropower project began in September 2011.
- Testing the generate electricity in August 2014.
- Completed the construction in September 2014.
- After the Official Commercial operation of electricity, Phongsubthavy Bridge-Road Construction Co., Ltd. has been generating electricity for export to Electricite du Laos for 13 months.
- As of 7/8/2015, Phongsubthavy Bridge-Road Construction Company sold the dam to TK Group Co., Ltd.
- As of 15/03/2016, Chaleun sekong Power Co., Ltd. has become a 100% shareholder after TK Group Co., Ltd. And has been selling electricity until now.
