- Completed the Environmental and Social Management and Monitoring Plans (ESMMP) On September 16, 2014
- The Feasibility study of the project was approved on February 22, 2016
- Signed a concession agreement (CA) with the Government of the Lao PDR on June 14, 2016
- On September 23, 2017, a power purchase agreement was signed with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT).
- Completed the Environmental and Social Management and Monitoring Plans-construction Phase (ESMMP-CP) on June 19, 2018.
