Base in Nam Phak Hydropower Project, NongLuang Village, Paksong District, Champasak Province

💼 Key Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and manage the collection of field data related to hydropower construction projects.
• Design and oversee the implementation of civil engineering plans, including the construction of dams, tunnels, and other hydropower-related structures.
• Recheck the data from contractor in order to confirm for each IPA/IPC
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure the successful execution of hydropower projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and review technical reports, designs, and drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure that all work adheres to project specifications.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges during construction and operation.
• Manage and maintain surveying equipment and ensure the accuracy of all survey data.

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• More than 5 years of experience in civil engineering and surveying, specifically in hydropower projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards related to hydropower
• Proficient in the use of surveying instruments and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Total Station, SWDTM, GIS).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication in English & Vietnamese languages will be an advantage and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
