Base in Headquarters Office, Vientiane Capital 

💼 Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing control systems and software to meet operational needs and project specifications.
• Conducting system analysis to evaluate functionality and identify areas for improvement.
• Programming and configuring PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and other control interfaces to optimize performance
• Prepare SCADA/Control functional design specification, configuration, and interface requirements as inputs to the basic design
• Develop and implement energy management plans and strategies to optimize energy efficiency and minimize energy consumption.
• Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend energy-increasing solutions.
• Analyze energy usage data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for energy conservation and cost savings.
• Conducted and supported feasibility studies for renewable energy projects, such as HPP, solar panels, or wind turbines, and oversaw their implementation.
• Provided technical support during project development, such as negotiating MOU, PDA, CA, and PPA and bidding document processes. 
• Prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders, including energy consumption data, cost savings, and environmental impact.

🎓 Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SCADA/Control and energy management or a related field.
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and energy management systems, including the EMS software system
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate and oversee energy efficiency projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and spend time on site.

• Competitive salary upon experience and skills; Working day Monday-Friday From 08:00-17:00;
