Chaleun Sekong Energy Company Limited (CSE), established on 16 March 2016 with a registered capital of LAK 330 trillion, owns, develops, constructs and produces electrical energy in Lao PDR in accordance with the Lao PDR government policies of socio-economic development and poverty reduction. In order to achieve this goal, the Company has focused on building power plants to world-class standards whilst respecting social responsibilities and providing environmental protection.
