Nam Kong 3 power plant is located in Vungkaen Village, Phu Vong District, Attapeu Province, which has an installed capacity of 54 MW. In 2018, the construction was carried out by CGGC, in which the consulting company is Pöyry, and in 2021, the construction will be completed by CGGC and the generator will be installed by Andritz.
