NAM NGIEP 3A is located in Nasy Village, Khoun District, Xeingkhuang Province which has an installed capacity of 44 MW. NAM NGIEP 3A Hydropower Project has a concession agreement with the Government of Lao PDR on November 28, 2013 and started construction in September 2011. Construction was completed in September 2014.
