On 12 July 2019 at Nam Emoun Hydropower Project, Darkchom District, Sekong Province. There was money granting ceremony for local people who got impact from the construction of Nam Emoun Hydropower Project. In this ceremony attended by Deputy Governor of Sekong Province, Deputy District Governor of Darkchom District, Nam Emoun Hydropower Project Manager, officers of Nam Emoun Hydropower Project and invited guests. The total villages which got impact from the project were Tung Brong Village included 10 families with the total amount impact of LAK 109,350,000 (one hundred and nine millions three hundred and fifty thousand Lao Kip) and Darkchom Village included 4 families with the total amount impact of LAK 41,332,500 (Forty one millions three hundred and thirty two thousand five hundred Lao Kips). The total amount for granting ceremony of the impact of Nam Emoun Hydropower Project was LAK 150,682,500 (one hundred and fifty million six hundred and eighty two thousand and five hundred Lao Kip)
