On 19-20 June 2019 at Chaleun Sekong Energy Company Limited Building, had been consulted on the finalized of Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) of Nam Ngum 3 Hydropower Project, attended by Managing Director Electricite Du Laos with delegates, Acting Governor of Planning and Cooperate Department Ministry of Energy and Mines, The President of Chaleun Sekong Group Company Limited with delegates, Executive Advisor of Chaleun Sekong Energy Company Limited, EGATi Management team, Legal Counsel A&O and DFDL, Financial Advisors Finansa and Prime Street Advisory. During the meeting all delegations were discussed each points of the SPA in order to insured fairness and also exchanged all the opinions with rectify all the important points. All the delegates are agreed with the SPA of Nam Ngum 3 Hydropower Project and all of them are eager to push forward for success of SPA to be signed this SPA by June 2019.
