Chaleun Sekong Energy Company Limited (CSE) arranged a meeting on 19-20 June 2019 at their headquarters to discuss the final contents of the share purchase agreement for the Nam Ngum 3 Power Company.

Attendance at the meeting included the Director of the Electricite Du Lao and his delegation, Acting Director General of the Department of Planning and Cooperation, Ministry of Energy and Mines, the Chairman of CSE and company committees, the CSE honourable advisor, EGAT International (EGATi), managing committees, lawyers from Allen & Overy and DFDL, financiers Finansa and Prime Street.

The participants covered many topics concerning the share purchase agreement, exchanged ideas as well as discussed major topics for improving the draft and the agreement by all attendees.   The draft Nam Ngum 3 share purchase agreement was agreed and approved by all stakeholders and it was agreed to sign the agreement in June 2019.
