Chaleun Sekong Energy Company Limited (CSE) held a contract signing ceremony for Electrical and Mechanical Works engineering, procurement and construction for the Nam Emoun Hydropower Project with the Voith Hydro Shanghai Limited (VHS) at its headquarters on 30 April 2019.

Signing the documents were CSE Chairman, Mr Litsamy Lassavong and VHS Executive Vice President Mr Tang Xu in front of the respective boards of directors from both companies and their staff. The signing ceremony was an important step for those two companies after their negotiation ended in early October 2018.
