On March 01, 2023, the signing held at the Chaluen Sekong Energy Co., Ltd between Chaluen Sekong Energy Co., Ltd (CSE) and Voith Hydro Private Limited (VHN).  the signing representatives were Mr. Vixay Sysomvang Director of Project Construction and Development and Mr. D.P. Singh, Vice President of Voith Hydro Private Limited (Head of Project Execution) and Tonnam Power company.

            NamPhak Hydropower plants Project is located in paksong district, Champasack province. By being Chaluen Sekong Energy Co., Ltd holds 85%, EDL 10%, and Kobe Green Energy 5%.

            The project started construction in early 2022 Having started the development of the 22 Kv power pole Build a camp, geo-geographic survey and mechanical sluice gates, and steel pipes. (SongDa5 is the contractor of the project).  

            For the electrical engineering work, Voith India is the construction contractor, which plans to complete the construction, produce and sell electricity to EDL to EDC within October 2025.
