On 28 December 2018, Signing Ceremony for Nam Emoun Civil Work Contract between Chaleun Sekong Energy Company Limited and Song Da 5 Joint Stock Company was held at Lao Plaza Hotel, Vientiane.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Chanthanom PHOMMANY the President of Chaleun Sekong Energy Company Limited, Mr. Tran Anh Duc Chairman of Song Da 5 Joint Stock Company with representative of both companies as well as honorary guests.

Mr. Souvath SISOUTHAM Managing Director (CBOD) of CSE Co., Ltd and Mr. Tran Anh Duc Chairman of Song Da 5 gave a brief speech of Nam Emoun HPP.

The signing ceremony ended in the same day with delight and joyed of both companies.
